Parent to Parent’s Summer Kids Club started today!

Parent to Parent’s Summer Kids Club started today!  We had a blast doing crafts and playing games at Wixson Park in Selah! The kids painted pet rocks, crafted key chains, made pinwheels and learned how to decorate with frosting.

After the relay race we played a game where a large gift was unwrapped to reveal Crazy Straws for all the kids!

Afterwards, we walked down to King’s Row where the kids enjoyed delicious Sno-Cones.

A huge THANK YOU to Sherry at King’s Row for hosting and donating the Sno-Cones for our large group!

Summer Kids Club is a activity offered through our Parent to Parent One 2 One program at Children’s Village. The program offers emotional support and information to families raising children with special health or developmental needs.  Participants must be registered for our program, and then sign up to attend the club events each week along with trained mentors.
